What is Osteopathy?

Osteopaths are Primary Healthcare Practitioners who use manual therapy to address a wide variety of musculoskeletal and bodily ailments. Osteopathy is a holistic practice, often considering the related structures of the body when assessing and treating.  A large focus is placed on restoring a person’s optimal functioning and maintaining this through the application of a range of hands-on techniques. These techniques include, but are not limited to, soft tissue massage, joint movement and manipulation, dry needling and when required rehabilitation. 

The ultimate goal of treatment is to reduce pain and improve mobility to allow you to get back to enjoying life sooner!
